The existing volume of the old industrial plant, entirely recovered to insert the new tertiary functions, was integrated with a new addition destined to host the administrative offices. The treatment of the facades, corrugated iron for the productive section and traditional walling protected by a brise-soleil system for the directional building, preserve and respect the industrial tradition of the past.
