The episode of the Violino district in Brescia is the result of a research aimed at finding the relationships between the ways of living defined by a council house building programme and the issues of sustainable construction. The project makes use of architectural shapes and building characteristics that, independently from specific building installations technological interventions, are able to exploit the passive behaviour of the building.
